Camp Creative is celebrating 40 years of creativity in Bellingen, and we're seeking a unique, commemorative t-shirt design that captures the spirit of our organisation.

Mandatory Elements

  • Logo integration -  Your design must feature the official Camp Creative logo  

  • Logo placement is at designer's discretion, but must be clearly visible

  • Logo colour can be changed to suit your design

  • Include the text "Bellingen"

  • Incorporate "40th Anniversary" or “40 years”

  • Must include the dates of the event, 12-16 January 2026

  • Represent the creative spirit of Camp Creative

  • Artwork must be original and created specifically for this competition

Technical Specifications

  • The design should work well in both colour and potential black and white print

  • The design can only incorporate a maximum of FOUR colours

  • It must be suitable for screen printing

  • Acceptable file formats: PDF, vector file or similar

Submission Guidelines

  • Open to artists of all ages

  • One submission per person

Judging Criteria

Designs will be evaluated on:

  • Creativity (40 points)

  • Representation of Camp Creative's spirit (30 points)

  • Technical execution (20 points)

  • Incorporation of required elements (10 points)

Prize

  • Winner receives ONE course of their choice at Camp Creative 2026.

  • You will receive the honour of having your winning design printed on the official 40th Anniversary t-shirt and all other merchandise.

Important Dates

  • Competition Opens : March 10th 2025

  • Competition Closes: April 20th 2025

  • Winner Announced: 5th May 2025

  • Once the winner has been contacted, it will then be announced on our website and social media

Terms and Conditions

  • The winner will automatically give ownership of their design to Camp Creative.

  • Winner agrees to have their name used in promotional materials and agrees to provide their artist statement and photo, for publication on social media and local newspapers.

  • The winner will be chosen by the Camp Creative committee, based on the Judging Criteria.

  • The judges' decision is final.

  • Camp Creative reserves the right to modify competition terms or cancel the competition if insufficient quality entries are received.
